Self-directed PREP® (Prevention & Relationship Enhancement Program)
PREP is a skills and principles-building curriculum designed to help partners get to the heart of problems and enhance their marital bonds. A self-directed set of DVDs can be checked out free from USU county Extension offices.

Is your marriage prepared for the challenges that come with being a new parent? Marriage Moments is a program of information and activities designed to help new parents strengthen their marriages during this time of change and stress.
RELATE/CoupleCARE combines the Relate survey with a relationship education program you can take at home! It is designed to help couples work through potential problems in their backgrounds, improve communication, manage conflict, improve their intimacy, and learn to address problems before they become difficult to overcome. There are six units where couples first watch a DVD, work through activities for that unit, and then discuss the ideas and activities with a trained professional facilitator by phone or internet. RELATE/CoupleCARE usually costs approximately $300, but Utah residents can participate FREE by clicking
